| Who
are Sponsored Students? |
| |
Sponsored
students are students who receive tuition assistance from
an outside source (i.e. company, organization, agency, etc).

to Go to Complete the Process |

All
sponsored students must go to the Loan Office, TSC 246, to
sign appropriate paperwork. Preregistered students must
come to the Loan Office prior
to the fee payment deadline to ensure their classes will be
held.

| If
Your Schedule Changes |
| |
If
after initial registration the student's schedule is changed,
the student must contact Paula, Loan Office, (435) 797-1075,
TSC 246. If the schedule change causes the total tuition
to exceed that originally authorized by the sponsor, such
as adding classes that require additional fees, this may cause
a loss of added classes. Most sponsors are willing
to work with students in covering the additional costs.
It is the student's responsibility to contact the sponsor.
For assistance in working with the sponsor in increasing the
authorized amount, contact Paula, (435) 797-1075, TSC 246. |

Your Sponsor Doesn't Pay |
| |
If
for some reason the sponsor does not pay the tuition and fees,
the student is responsible for payment in full. The
student's transcript and diploma will be held until the note
is paid in full. |
